In order to complete
admission to Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic School please complete
all the
registration forms listed to the left that apply and return to the Saint
Francis of Assisi School office at 7075 Ashworth Rd, West Des Moines,
Iowa 50266.
If information has changed since the
last registration period please update our records.
St. Francis has a 2 part registration
process that includes a
February Registration and an
August Family Packet. First Time Families
to St. Francis please complete the New Parish Family Inventory, Current
Registration and Student Inventory forms listed to the left and mail to
the school office before
completing additional forms.
Kindergarten Information Registration
Everyone considering Kindergarten at
Saint Francis School needs to complete the Kindergarten Registration
Packet and attend the Kindergarten Registration Information Night.
How
do I register if this is your Families First Time Entering the Saint Francis School
community?
If your family is new to Saint Francis of Assisi
School then your family is considered a
New/Transferring Family.
Complete the three forms listed to the left (New Parish Family
Inventory, Current Registration, Student Inventory) and return these completed forms
promptly to the school office.
How do I register to
the Saint Francis School community if we were registered the last
academic year?
If your family had students registered at Saint
Francis of Assisi School last year then your family is considered a
Current Family.
Complete the February Registration process by clicking on the the
link above. In August every Current Family and Kindergarten Family will
need to
complete the August Family Packet. St. Francis of Assisi School has a 2
part registration process. All forms need to be completed and
returned to the school office.
